CECIL, LONNIE EUGENE - 71, of Robbins, Tn. passed away suddenly early Monday morning, April 27, 1987, at his home. Mr. CECIL was the son of the late JOHN HENRY CECIL and the late NORA RANDOLPH CECIL and was also preceded in death by one son, LOWELL CECIL and one sister and one brother. He is survived by his wife, PEARL HAYNES CECIL of Robbins; six daughters: DENADA C. ANDERSON of Alexander City, Al.; DELORES SUE MONTGOMERY of Denver, Co.; DURETTA FAY INMAN of Montgomery, Al.; DEVONA ROSE DEESE of Robbins, Tn.; DELINDA ANN BROWDER of Montgomery, Al.; and DEBORAH KAY CECIL of Jacksonville, Fl.; two sons: GORDON E. CECIL of New Palastine, In.; and JAMES E. CECIL of Montgomery, Al.; two sisters: MAUDE McINTOSH of Vicco, Ky.; and NANNIE MAYES of Cincinnati, Oh.; fifteen grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted at the West-Murley Funeral Home Chapel at 11 AM Wednesday, April 29, with Rev. WILLIAM J. WATERS of Pine Knot, Ky., officiating. Burial was in the Carson Memorial Park. West-Murley Funeral Home in Oneida was in charge of the arrangements. (Source: Scott County News, 7 May 1987)
