Mr. Duncan died Sunday, Jan. 17, 1999, in the Lake Arthur hospital.
He was a native of Lake Arthur, a Marine Corps veteran and a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jocelyn Frank Duncan of Lake Charles; three daughters, Luwanna Duncan, Brittany Duncan and Whitney Duncan, all of Lake Charles; six sons, Cyrus Duncan of Lake Arthur, Tony Colter of Vallejo, Calif., Torri Achane of Jennings and Youhance Duncan, Byron Duncan and Wiltzs Duncan, all of Lake Charles; one
stepdaughter, Dominique Jones of Lake Charles; one stepson, Billy Frank of Wichita, Kan.; seven brothers, Hillard Hebert of Manchester, Tenn., Jacky Ray Duncan and William Turner, both of Lake Charles, Michael Wayne Geary of Houston, Jeffrey Duncan of Winterhaven, Fla., Walter Turner of Atlanta, Ga. and Kerry Turner of Lake Arthur;
