Holladay - Mrs. Emily Eliza Ruffell Forsyth, 84, 4711 Highland Dr. (1800 East), died Monday 7:10 p.m. in a Salt Lake hospital of natural causes. Born Nov. 22, 1874, Auckland, New Zealand, to David and Emma Percival Ruffell. Moved to Utah 1902. Married to William Forsyth Oct. 15, 1902., Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He died March 15,1926. Survivors: Sons, daughters, Alexander, Joseph M., both Los Angeles; Mrs. Ray (Emma) Christensen, South San Francisco; Mrs. Frank J. (Alice) Leonesio, Concord, Calif.; Alma H. Sr., Mrs. Ruth Peck, both Salt Lake City; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; four sisters; two brothers.
FORSYTH — Funeral services for Emily Ruffell Forsyth will be held Thursday at 12 o'clock noon in the Larkin Mortuary Chapel 260 East South Temple. Friends may call at the mortuary Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday prior to services. Interment Salt Lake City Cemetery. Funeral directors, Larkin Mortuary.
