Nicole Jackson Clark, 27, of Bowling Green died at 3:50 p.m. July 19, 2009, at University of Louisville Hospital as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
The Warren County native was a homemaker and a member of Iva Baptist Church. She was a daughter of Jerry Wayne Jackson and Pamela Harper Jackson Humes of Smiths Grove, who survives.
Other survivors include her husband, Matt Clark; her mother, Pam Humes and her husband, Roger, of Smiths Grove; three children, Samuel Douglas Clark, Amber Renee Clark and Joseph Matthew Clark; two brothers, Chris and Louis Moore; a sister, Leanna Owens; a father-in-law, Doug Clark of Leitchfield; a mother-in-law, Louise Clark of Leitchfield; three aunts; and several other family and friends.
Funeral is at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green chapel, with burial in Iva Baptist Church Cemetery.
