Suggested edit: W.W. (Bill) Osborn, 83, of Grand View, died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2004, at home of natural causes.

Private family services were held Monday, Feb. 16, in Grand View. Arrangements were under the direction of Summers Funeral Homes, McMurtrey Chapel.

Bill spent his early life in the U.S. Navy and the Air Force. Later, Bill and Roberta owned and operated the Y-Bar and Cafe in Grand View.

Bill is survived by: his wife, Roberta Osborn of Grand View; his children, Tangie (Kent) Frisch of Melba, Rick (Deb) Osborn of Ames, Iowa, Vangie Osborn of Boise, Derrell Osborn of Elko, Nev., and Debra Thomas of Kingman, Ariz.; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a special caregiver, Christina Osborn, and two sisters, Tootsie Hansen of Merced, Calif., and Bennie Davis of Colorado.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grand View Ambulance.
