Frank Peckosh

Son of Joseph & Sophia Peckosh.
He married Lucy Altman, Monticello, at Dubuque on October 28, 1919.
He served as postmaster at Oxford Junction for 1933 to 194? when he retired.
Previous to that he had been secretary of the local creamery, was secretary for Milwaukee railroad at Oxford Junction, and with his brother, John, operated a clothing store.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Catholic Order of Foresters, ZCBJ lodge and the Sacred Heart church.
Survived by his wife and one daughter, Rita, Maquoketa; a brother, Louis, Marion and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Bisinger, Oxford Junction, and Mrs. Mary Miller, Omaha, Nebraska.
He was proceeded in death by one son, Robert, two brothers, Joe and John and sister Frances.
