Mrs. Mary F. Kaler, of Hartley township, died Thursday, July 19, at 9:30 a. m. the victim of a sudden heart attack. She was ill only a very short time.
Mrs. Kaler was born April 12, 1870, a daughter of the late Daniel and Barbara Rearick. She was a member of the Millmont Evangelical Church.
She is survived by her husband, David; two sons, Charles, of Millmont, and David of Limestone township; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Pick and Mrs. Luther Boyer, both of Limestone township; a brother George Rearick of Port Mtilda; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Dreese of Pottsgrove and Mrs. Maude Aikey of Milton; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, July 22 at 2 o'clock from the Strunk Funeral Home with Rev. J. P. Sheesley, pastor of the Millmont Evangelical Church officiating. Interment was made in the Swengel cemetery.
