ALFORD, Earlene, 76, of CoffeeCounty, Tenn., died June 8, 1997 following an extended illness at Coffee Medical Center,Manchester, Tenn. A native of Coffee County, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Melinda Bell Lee Wilson. She was a homemaker and a member of Wilson Chapel Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Houston Alford. She is survived by two sons, Billy G. Alford and Virgil Alford, both of Beechgrove, Tenn.; three daughters , Linda Collins , Manchester, Vlnlta McGowan, McMinnville, Tenn., and Doris Brown, Beechgrove, Tenn.; four step sons, Mural Alford and Jesse
Lee Afford, both of Beechgrove. Wayne Alford and Gary Alford, both of Manchester, Tenn.; four step daughters, Orene Hockett, Betty Maa Hockett, Emogene Burgess and Vivian Floyd, all of Beechgrove; two sisters, Margie Harmon, Manchester and Sally Thompson, Wartrace, Tenn.; one
brother, Fred Wilson, Manchester, fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 11, 1997 ai 2:00) p.m. at Coffee County Funeral Chapel, Elder Lynn Anderson and Rev. Austin Crosslin officiating. Burial will be at Fredonia Cemetery,

charge of arrangements.
