Graveside services for Ruby "Dolly" F. Grady, 68, were held at Fort Richardson National Cemetery with the Rev. John Schmidt of Faith Lutheran Church in Homer officiating. There was a visitation at Witzleben Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Bragaw Chapel. Mrs. Grady died June 24 at Elmendorf Air Force Base Hospital.

Born April 17, 1919, in Reva, S.D., she lived in Anchorage from 1955 until 1969, when she moved to Kasilof. In 1975 she moved to Homer. She was a housewife most of her life. She was past vice president of Pioneers of Alaska Auxiliary, Igloo 14 of Homer, and was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church in Homer, the Homer Emblem Club and Beta Sigma Phi International. She was an avid cribbage player, and loved painting, gardening, hunting, fishing and shell crafts.

She leaves her husband, Tom, of Homer; her brothers, A.J. Negaard of Rapid City, S.D., Willie Negaard of Duluth, Minn., Clarence Negaard of Buffalo, S.D., and Emil Negaard of Prairie City, S.D.; and her sisters, Gladys Keegan of Richland, Wash., Delia Maier of Seattle, Wash., and Agnes Hartwell of Davenport, Iowa. Service arrangements were by Witzleben Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Bragaw Chapel.
