BURROWS, KATHRYN A., 70, of Jeffersontown, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2008. She was a retired selling supervisor for J. C. Penney and a member of the Key to the City Club. Kathryn was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, James D. Burrows, Sr. She is survived by her sons, James D. Jr. (Tina), Daniel E. (Debra) and John W. Burrows; daughter, Cynthia Lynch (Rich); and six grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 4 p.m. Sunday at Foreman's, 10600 Taylorsville Rd., Jeffersontown. Visitation is 2 p.m. until the service Sunday. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
