GILMER - Services for Kevin Dale Kilgore, 32, of Gilmer, will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 20, 2009, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer, with Bro. Stephen Stossell officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
He was born March 25, 1977, in Houston, Texas, to Rodger Dale and Deborah Kay Ross Kilgore. Kevin graduated from Gilmer High School and the Kilgore Police Academy. He worked as an officer for both Gilmer and Jefferson police departments.
Kevin is survived by his parents, Rodger and Deborah Kilgore of Gilmer; sister, Kim Allen of Gilmer; grandparents, Texie Nichols of Texas City and Evelyn Vezorak of Nacogdoches; and nieces, Tori and Tara Allen.
