BUSH, Crystal Dawn, 22, of Morrison, Tennessee died Friday, January 12, 2001 at Vanderbilt Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was the daughter of Terry Bush and the late Vicki Uselton Bush. She was preceded in death by her mother. She is survived by two sisters, Lori Baltimore, Manchester, Tennessee, Lisa Honea, Manchester; three brothers, Phillip Bush, Morrison, Christopher Bush, Morrison, Jeff Bush, Manchester; father, Terry Bush, Morrison, two nieces and five nephews. Funeral services were held Sunday, January 14, 2001 at the Gilmore Funeral Home Chapel Ken Willis and Ken Chambers officiating. Burial was in the Fredonia Cemetery. Gilmore Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
