BLEVINS, Samuel E. Sr.
1910-1970

Samuel E. Blevins Sr., died in a Delaware, Ohio hospital
near his home on October 11, 1970.

The 60 year old former Johnson County
resident had suffered a long illness.

Minister Elzie Banks held services on October 14, in the
chapel of the Jones And Preston Funeral Home, and the Home
arranged for burial afterward in the family cemetery at River.

He was the son of the late Samuel and Lou Williams-Blevins.

Survivors include his wife, Dixie Banks-Blevins; four sons,
Freddie, Virgil, Bradford and Samuel Blevins; four daughters,
Betty Blevins, Lou Neace, Violet Kitchen, and Billy Jones,
all live in Delaware, Ohio.

Also surviving are a brother from Ashland, Fred Blevins;
as well as two sisters, Edith and Beulah Blevins.
