Services for John Henry Reynolds, 91 years old, were held at Red Star Baptist Church with Rev. A. J. Langston of the Southside Baptist Church in charge. Interment was in Lorimier Cemetery with Haman Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Reynolds was born March 13, 1859, in Howard County, died Tuesday, August 15, 1950, at the family home on Bend road. He had resided in Cape Girardeau for 50 years.
The pallbearers, all grandsons were: John Webb, Dan Webb, Elmer Webb Jr., Floyd Whittaker, George Cauble and Grand-son-in-law Jess Mulkins.
He is survived by his wife, four sons, three daughters; 37 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
