Obit from Llano paper- " MRS. WILLBANKS DIES AT HOME OF DAUGHTER - Mrs. Julia Clinger Willbanks, for over three score years a citizen of Llano county, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bryan Watson, at midnight last Thursday. Mrs. Willbanks, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Clinger, of Llano county, was born in Del Valle, Texas, December 16, 1867. Soon after her marriage to Wesley Willbanks on October 5, 1884, the young couple came to Llano county to make their home. Mr. Willbanks preceded her death in 1908. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. R.P. Moreland, Plains, Texas; Mrs. W. F. Losch, Los Angeles, California; Mrs. Bryan Watson, Llano; three sons, Otto Willbanks, Corpus Christi; J. B. Willbanks, Atoka, Oklahoma; and Henry Willbanks, Wilburton, Texas. Also there are 13 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren surviving. For over 70 years, Mrs. Willbanks had been a member of the Baptist church. The Rev. J. H. Vermillion, Baptist minister, conducted the funeral service at the Buttery Funeral home Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. Burial was in the Lone Grove Cemetery. The pall bearers were J. M. Pitts, W. O. Williamson, Logan Conners, E. O. Speck, Jeff Scott and Ernest Taylor. Among the out of town guests present for the last rites were Mrs. R. P. Moreland, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Willbanks and son, Dr. and Mrs. George Mabry, Levelland; Henry Willbanks, Mr. and Mrs. T. L. Gregg, Rugugio; Mr. and Mrs. J M. Pitts,Dallas; Mrs.Paxton Holt,Bastrop; Mr. and Mrs. Bill Oliphant; and Mr. and Mrs.Bobby Cullen, Austin."

Julia and Wesley were married on 5 Oct. 1884 by J. M. Shipp, Minister, in Llano, Llano Co., TX.

Julia and Wesley had nine children. Olive Pearl; Tempye Geneva; Dovie Mae; Eva E.; Wesley Oliver; John Benton; Henry Alonzo; Otto Loften; and Julia Mildred Willbanks.

Death Certificate shows she lived and died at her home, Rural, Prec 1 on 8 Feb 1951 at 1:00 am. She apparently had a cerebral hemorrhage 10 days prior to her death.

The date and place of birth ( 16 Dec 1867 in Del Valle, Travis Co., TX.) have been stated orally by several family members. The place of birth remains questionable. Her father stated on 16 Nov. 1869 on Travis County, TX. Voters Registration he had been in Texas for 16 years and in Travis Co. for 11 months; that is, about Jan. 1869. In 1866 this family lived in Grayson Co., TX. No data on this family between 1867-1968.
