Timothy Allen Dodson ""Timmy Jones'', born April 15, 1974, went to be with our Heavenly Father, October 28, 1989. Timmy was excited to be with Jesus and his Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Price. His life here on earth was not an easy one. His battle with Muscular Dystrophy was a long and hard one, but he traveled every day filled with faith and courage, and always with a smile. He was an inspiration to all who knew him. While our hearts ache and our eyes fill with tears, we also rejoice for Timmy tht he is in heaven.
Timmy was a member of Abundant Life Church in Del City. He was involved with MDA for the last 10 years. He was also involved with Bob Linn ERA Real Estate for over 9 years. He was made an Honorary Chief Master Sergeant by the U. S. Air Force in 1983. Also a member of choir at Jarman Jr. High. He leaves behind Mother and Father, Patti and Mike Jones and sister Tami of the home. Sisters, Brenda & DeAnna Jones of LaVergne, TN; Father and Step-mother, Art & Shirley Dodson, brother Jason & sister Li sa all of Moore. Grandparents Bill & Katie Price; great-grandy, Minnie Bennett of Midwest City: Grandparents Glynn & JoAnn Lancaster of CA, Elwin & Rosa Bozeman of GA, Price & Dot Jones of TN. Also, Cliff & Catherine Dodson of Midwest City and many other relatives and friends. He leaves special friends, Dana Pittman, Heath Thompson, Joe & Clay Deem and Bill Friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Assoc.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Tues., Oct. 31, 1989 at Meadowood Baptist Church with burial at Arlington Memory Gardens.
