Roxie Alice Robinson died Tuesday evening at her home.

She was born in Moorehead, Ky., Nov. 3, 1919, to Cooney and Lucy (Wagner) Mynheir.

In 1937, she married Melvin Robinson in West Virginia and has lived in this area since 1964. Mr. Robinson died in 1985.

A woman of great faith, she attended the Baptist church all of her life and lived its teachings everyday. She was known for her generous and kind spirit and was a mom in every sense of the word. She made a kind and loving home for her family and was a gentle and guiding presence for them. She cherished her little dog, Ashley, who was a great companion. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Paul Robinson and Neil and Betty Robinson, all of Butte; grandchildren and their spouses, Treena and Greg Estes of Butte, Clara Bailey of Denver, Larry and Shawna Robinson of San Diego, Paula and J.D. Williams of Jacksonville, Ark., Teresa and Jim Stradinger and Shawna Robinson, all of Butte; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth Tedrick of Butte.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Michael Robinson; brothers, Wayne Mynheir, Bob Mynheir and Virgil Mynheir; and sisters, Molly Sexton, Dixie Woody and Alma Mynheir.

Mrs. Robinson's remains are in Wayrynen-Richards Funeral Home where no wake or visitation is planned. Services are 2 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Burial: At 4 p.m. Friday in the Whitehall Cemetery.
