HILLSBORO -Mrs. Edwin (Libbie) Benish, age 53, of Hillsboro, passed away Tueday (sic), October 20, 1981, in a Lacrosse hospital. Mrs. Benish was born February 20, 1928, in the town of Forest, Vernon County to Fred and Anna (Kouba) Pesik. She was married September 9, 1947, to Edwin Benish and they lived in Hillsboro. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Larry (Pamela) Phillips of Stevens Point, Wisconsin; a granddaughter, Mary; and a brother, Frank Pesik of Hillsboro. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m . on Friday, October 23 in the PICHA'S FUNERAL HOME. Reverend James E. Ennis will officiate. Burial will be in the Mt. Vernon cemetery, Hillsboro. Friends may call from 2-9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m . until time of services on Friday at PICHA'S FUNERAL HOME.
