She was born on July 7, 1908, in Shenandoah and was a daughter of the late Amos Jackson and Florence McDaniel Comer. Mrs. Robins lived in Florida from 1943-1998 and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Maitland, Fla. She owned and operated Lenco Products in Florida before retiring.
On June 30, 1943 she married Major Samuel K Robins, U.S.A.F., who died on Dec 23, 1975.
She is survived by a sister, Elsie Comer Batman of Shenandoah; a stepdaughter, Betty Robins Sneddon of Sarasota, Fla; three stepgrand-sons; and five nieces.
A memorial service was conducted on Tuesday, Dec 9, at the Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton by the Rev. Stephen Creech. Burial will be conducted later at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Winter Park, Fla.
