Funeral services for Mrs. Nora Blake Stephens, 70, who died in Gaithersburg Tuesday, were held at the home at 2 p.m. Thursday. Rev. Raymond P. Blake, rector of Ascension Episcopal Church, Gaithersburg, officiated and burial was in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville.

Mrs. Stephens was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John W. Talbott, of the upper part of Montgomery County, and was a lifelong resident of the County. She is survived by her husband, Charles E. Stephens; three daughters, Mrs. Harry C. Hull, Glenmont; Mrs. Norman Hull, Layhill, and Mrs. Paul Bouis, Wheaton, and two sons, Charles E. Stephens, Jr., Gaithersburg, and Leo Oliver Stephens, Kensington, Md. She also leaves 5 sisters, 2 brothers, 14 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
