Walter 'Bill' George

Mr. Walter John 'Bill' George, age 70, of Ola died Thursday, July 8, 1976 at the Danvllle Hospital. A native of Centerville, Mr. George was a son of the late Robert and Eller Stevenson George. He was a timberworker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Dean Mahan George; two sons John George of Mount Home, and Kenneth George of Dardanelle; three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Bolin of Little Rock, Mrs. Mary

Hickerson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Mrs. Patsy Duvall of Shreveport, Louisiana; two brothers, Jim George of California, and D.M. "Red" George of Ola; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Cain of Holdenville, Oklahoma, and Mrs. Ethel Bishop of Texas; nine grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 10, 1976, at the Ola Church of Christ with Joe Edwards officiating. Interment followed ln the Mount George Cemetery.
