~ David Sowers Obituary ~
Lifelong local resident David Michael Sowers, 56, passed away in his sleep Dec. 9, 2008, at his Longview home.
He was the son of Henry C. and June A. Sowers. David attended local schools and was employed by Applied Industries for 36 years. He was an active member of the Longview Eagles for many years.
Mr. Sowers is survived by his mother, June A. Sowers; a sister, Christine Foultner; his nephews, James Williams and Charles Boyer; and a niece, Anna Boyer.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Jimmie.
A graveside committal will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Longview Memorial Park.
Contributions may be made in David Sower's name to a charity of choice.
