Robert V. "Bob" Clodjeaux, 48, of Whitestown, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009, at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis.

Bob was born March 22, 1961, in Lafayette. He was the son of the late William Charles and Mary Louise (Velten) Clodjeaux. He was a member of the Central Catholic High School Class of 1979 and attended Purdue University.

He started his career as a meat cutter at Smitty's in West Lafayette and then worked for Marsh Supermarkets for 11 years, most recently in Zionsville.

On August 20, 2005, Bob married Linda Ann Welshimer, she survives.

Other survivors include his brother, Timothy Edward Clodjeaux of Joliet, Ill.; his step-daughter, Anna Daley of Muncie; aunts and uncles, Mary N. Clodjeaux of Salinas, Calif., James Velten and his wife Marie of Fort Wayne, Agnes Adwell of Sun City, Ariz., and Alice Penrod of Lafayette; and several nieces and nephews.

Bob enjoyed golfing, throwing darts, bowling and especially singing karaoke. He was an avid fan of the Purdue Boilermakers and the Chicago Cubs.
