BANTA-Died at his home, 1117 North Colorado street, on Saturday, May 28, 1927, Josephus Isaac Banta in his seventy-eight year. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Martha Helen Banta; two sons, Jack L. Banta and E.H. Banta, city; daughter, Mrs. R.B. Ford, city; thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services from the Wilbert & Pelphrey parlors on Monday, May 30, at 4 p.m. Interment in Odd Fellows cemetery under direction of Wilbert & Pelphrey.
NOTE: Josephus' father is Isaac Banta. As of October 14, 2011 his burial location is unknown. As of February 23, 2017 his burial location is still unknown. As of June 2018, still an unknown burial.
