Myron Raymond Durtsche Sr., 68, died Wednesday morning in the North Big Horn Hospital in Lovell. He was born January 22, 1916 in Minot, North Dakota, the son of Edward and Amelia Smith Durtsche. He married Ruth Helen Zimmer on February 24, 1945 in Billings, Montana. He moved from Hardin, Montana 34 years ago to Lovell to make his home. He owned and operated the Medicine Wheel Bar for 20 years and more recently had owned the Four Corners Liquor Store for the past 5 years.

He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks Lodge.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth, of Lovell; two sons, Myron Jr. and Michael both of Lovell; one daughter, Betty Blakesley of Lovell; three brothers, Art of Porterville, California, Emil of Basin, Wyoming, and Raymond of Kalispell, Montana; and 7 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday, September 28, 1984 at 10:30 a.m. at Haskell Funeral Home with Pastor Sam Christensen officiating. Burial will be in the Lovell Cemetery.
