Janet B. (nee Bonanno) Adams of Malvern died on on July 9, 2009.
In 2001, she graduated Immaculata University at age 52 as class valedictorian, having maintained a grade point average of 4.0 throughout all four years of college.
Janet was a generous and thoughtful person who always put others first; she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 36 years, James B. Adams.
She was the loving mother of James B. Adams Jr. and Jennifer L. Adams, Esq., and the devoted daughter of Josephine J. (nee Giacchino) and the late Frank J. Bonanno.
She was also survived by her brother, Joseph Bonanno, her sisters, Stephanie Basso and Lisa Prinzo, her aunt, Rose Bonanno, and her uncle, George Giacchino.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the D'Anjolell Memorial Home of Malvern/Frazer, 392 Lancaster Ave. (entrance at Route 30 and Church Road), Frazer.
Her funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. at Ss. Philip & James Church, 723 E. Lincoln Highway, Exton.
Interment will be in Philadelphia Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the Pancreatic Cancer Surgical Research Fund, Thomas Jefferson University, 925 Chestnut St., Suite 110, Phila., PA 19107 would be appreciated.
