Dr. Maurice V. Seigler died Monday, March 31, 1997, at his home.
Born in Grandin, he attended the University of Florida and graduated from Northwestern Dental School in 1954. He practiced in Jacksonville. He served in the Army during WW II and subsequently in the Air Force. He was a member of the Arlington Baptist Church, a life member of the American Dental Association and was active in the Northeast District Dental Society.
He is survived by his brother, Donald T. Seigler of Melrose; sisters, Elizabeth S. Williams of St. Simon Island, Ga., Marcia Lee of Beaumont, Texas, Marilou Glidden of Pittsburgh, Pa., Doria Collins of Jacksonville, and Norma Simpson of Denver, Colo.; sister-in-law, Mrs. Robert Seigler of Jacksonville; brother-in-law, Carlton Quick of Floral City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service is 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Paran Baptist Church in Grandin.
