Cleona, age 80, passed away at her home in Independence. She was the daughter of Ralph Edwin and Nora Bell (Clark) Hill. She married Elmer Wayne Moon on June 4, 1947, in Ainsworth, Nebraska. They owned Allen's Shoe Repair Shop and Allen's Sandblasting and Painting in Independence. Survivors include her children, Judy Hall, Cathy Tucker, Marilyn Scott, Lonny Allen, and Danny Allen, and her brother, Harold Hill. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her grandson, Justin Wayne Allen, her great-grandson, Adrien Allen-Asebedo, and her brother, Charles Leslie Hill. Services were held at Community Christian Church in Independence. Burial was in Harrisonville Cemetery near Bolton.
