SS death index listed her death as 4 April 1989 but she actually died 22 April 1989 which is what the State of WA death index has. I emailed WA digital archives to see what date was correct and they sent me her obituaries which appeared in the Wenatchee World on Wed 26 April 1989 and the Quad City Herald of Brewster (where she died) and that paper was Thurs. 27 April 1989.
