Death of Mrs. DeLoach.

The death of Mrs. J. H. DeLoach occurred last Wednesday morning at 10:30 o'clock. Mrs. DeLoach had been sick for about two months and her death was not unexpected. She had been suffering from chronic gastro perinetis (sic), and the doctors had given up all hopes of her recovery several days prior to her death.
Her remains were carried to Mount Pisgah Thursday morning, where the interment was made, the funeral services being conducted by Elder J. T. Satterwhite.
Mrs. De Loach was forty years old. She leaves a husband and four children to mourn their loss, to whom we extend our sympathy. the same issue:

Stroud - Our community was saddened last week by news of the death of Mrs. DeLoach, of your town, whose last remains were interred at Mount Pisgah last Thursday. Quite a number of friends and relatives from LaFayette came up with the corpse.

"Slowly fading, lingering, dying, Like the leaf she passed away. Heeding not our tears of anguish, Heaven has claimed it's own today. And we weep"
