Paul David Holder age 85, of Tullahoma passed away Monday, July 6, 2009 at the home of his son in Crossville after a brief illness. Mr. Holder was born in Coffee County to the late Charles and Gladys Cooper Holder. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Agnes Whipple Holder and a daughter Paulette Davidson, and a beloved daughter in law Janet L. Holder. He retired from Wilson Sporting Goods and was a United States Army WWII Veteran. After retiring, he worked as a school crossing guard for Tullahoma City Schools.
Mr. Holder is survived by his Son Timmy (Paula) Holder of Crossville; granddaughters Julie (Eric) Smith of Tullahoma, Justine (Dustin) Malone of Murfreesboro, Rhiana Farish (Jason) Griffith and Samatha Farish all of Crossville; grandsons Rodney (Hollie) Holder of Belvidere, Jason (Tammy) Davidson of Hillsboro; great granddaughters Abby, Erica, Lexie, Lacie, Jacey and a great grandson Braden
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, July 8, 2009 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the Tullahoma Funeral Home. Following Paul's cremation, a graveside service will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, July 11, 2009 at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens with Brother Jim Rolen officiating.
