Mother of Mrs. Mark (Kay) Jackson of Ossian, Ardena Burke, 76, of Decatur, died Tuesday, April 6, at Lutheran Hospital.
Born July 15, 1927 in Adams County to Herbert W. and Eulalia Gallmeyer Kirchner, she married Don Burke Nov. 2, 1947. He survives.
Survivors also include a second daughter, a son, a sister, nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Services at 10 a.m. Saturday will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Decatur. Burial will be in the Decatur Cemetery.
Calling hours are from 6-8 p.m. Thursday and from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran.
