Our loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Don Avery Curtis, age 70, passed away on February 12, 1998.

Born October 9, 1927 in Aurora, Utah to Avery and Cassie Curtis. Married Nelda Lawson Curtis on November 13, 1945. Don made his living in the trucking industry for 43 years. He enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with his family.

Don is survived by his wife; children, Neldon (Virginia) Curtis, Leon (JoAnn) Curtis, Norma Loveless (Basil) Ulibarri, Patsy McDermed (Benito) Gallegos, Connie (Gary) Collins; 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; brothers, Dan and Sid; sisters, Lenna, Gwen, Vonda, Elnora.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 16, 1998 at 11 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, February 15, 1998 and one hour prior to services at the mortuary. Interment Redwood Memorial Estates.
