Mrs. Kate Edwards Hill, wife of Arthur G. Hill, died Friday night, after an illness of six weeks, aged 71. She was the daughter of Eli and Julia Clapp Edwards of Northampton and in the days of the old Florence Dramatic Club she was one of its most enthusiastic members, and she was also prominent in musical circles of Northampton. Besides her husband, she is survived by her two daughters, Miss Florence G. and Mrs. Marion H. McCullough.
The funeral will be held at the residence, 33 Maple street, Florence, Monday afternoon, at 2:30. Rev. Mr. Griffith of the Free Congregational society will officiate. Burial will be at Park street cemetery. Friends are requested not to send flowers.
