Marsha Ann Curtis was born November 25, 1942 at Midvale, Utah. She was the daughter of Clarence Sundberg and Cleo Anna Larsen Sundberg. Marsha passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2009 in Tulsa after a brief battle with cancer. She was 66 years of age. Marsha grew up in the Salt Lake City area. She attended Jordan High School and graduated with the Class of 1961. She attended LDS Business College. Marsha Sundberg and Jim Curtis were united in marriage on August 25, 1962 at Sandy, Utah. They were sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake City Temple on March 17, 1965. They have celebrated almost 47 years of marriage. During that time, they resided in the Salt Lake City area for 10 years and Bixby for the past 37 years. Marsha was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, whose greatest joy came from family and service to others. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Cedar Ridge Ward in Broken Arrow. In her spare time, Marsha enjoyed quilting, reading and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Survivors include her husband James; children, Michelle Youngwirth, Paula Callan and husband, Arthur; Julie Kubal and husband, Sean, Clifford Curtis and wife, Heather, Jacob curtis and wife, Christina, Mark Curtis and wife, Korin; one sister, Myrleen Hovenden and 15 grandchildren. Services will be held Monday, July 6, 2009 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Broken Arrow, OK with interment in Bixby Cemetery.
