Violet Breiner

Violet Breiner, 75, of Terre Haute, a former resident of Adams county, died at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Union hospital, Terre Haute.

She was a retired dietary assistant for the Veterans Administration, and a member of the Prairie Creek Unit 95 Mothers of World War 11 and Terre haute Senior Citizens.

Born in Adams county on Oct. 16, 1899, she was a daughter of Hiram and Sara Ault-Potts.

Survivors include two children, Miss Virginia Breiner of Terre Haute; Brice of Odessa, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Schug of Berne; Mrs. Carl (Ida) Wittung of Rockford, O.; three brothers, Clarence W. Potts of Fort Wayne; Lawrence H. Potts of Richmond; Glenn W. Potts of Decatur; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Zwick funeral home, with Rev. Fuhrman Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Saturday.
