Louise I. Fletcher, 89, passed away on August 24, 2005, in Wenatchee at Colonial Vista Care. She was a 75 year resident of Waterville before moving to Wenatchee in 1992. She was born to J.M.G. and Olga (Brockman) Wilson on November 6, 1915, in Waterville. On November 10, 1945, she married Jack "Babe" Fletcher in Spokane.

They lived all their married life in Waterville.

Jack preceded her in death in November of 1984. Louise was a lifetime member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waterville and was active in many organizations including the Historical Society, the Waterville Museum and the NCW Fair. She worked for the Dorsey Insurance Co. for many years.

Survivors include her daughter, Charleen (Richard) Honeysett of Chelan; sister, Betty Bartholomew of Wenatchee; brother, Gene (Janny) Wilson of East Wenatchee; five grandchildren, Wendy (Kevin) Skalisky, Kathy Honeysett, Christine Honeysett, Carol (Dan) Straight and Scott (Jodi) Honeysett; three great-grandsons, Ky Skalisky, KC Skalisky and Adam Straight; three step-great-grandsons, Tyler, Jeremy and Spencer Straight; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack, sisters, Gertrude Knight, Ellen Case, Jenny Burke and brother Joe Wilson and grandson, William B. Honeysett.

Vigil Services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 29, 2005, in St Joseph's Catholic Church in Waterville. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, August 30, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. in the church. If desired, memorials may be made in Louise's name to the Waterville Ambulance Fund or to the Charity of your Choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waterville Funeral Home.
