Aubrey Calhoun
Aubrey Pearl Calhoun, 46, of Tama, formerly of New London, was killed at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday in an automobile-truck collision in Tama. He was enroute from his home to Conrad where he was employed at the Curray Seed company.
The body will be brought Thursday afternoon to the Elliot Chapel in New London where services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday. Dr. Will J. Wright will officiate and burial will be in Brooks Cemetery.
Calhoun was born Sept. 30, 1913, at New London, the son of Margaret Brown and William Calhoun. He was married in Kahoka, Mo., April 13, 1944 to Barbara Smith.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three small children; Frances, Richard and Kenneth; one brother, Bert Calhoun of Burlington and one sister, Mrs. Bonnie Bice of Riverside, Calif.
