RITES HELD FOR MARTIN (WIMPY) FOSTER
Martin G. (Wimpy) Foster, age 66, of Drakes Branch passed away March 13, 2000.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years Isabell Foster, his son, Dean Foster, daughter-in-law, Sandy Foster and two loving grandchildren, Daniel and Morgan Foster, one brother, Carlton Foster and two sisters, Eva Adams and Dorothy Newcomb.
Wimpy was a logger and owned and operated Foster's Woodyard for many years. He was a friend and helping hand to everyone he met. His love for his family and friends was the most important thing in the world to him. He will always be remembered as the little man with the big heart.
Funeral services was held at Lebanon United Methodist Church on Friday, March 17, at 2:00 p.m. with interment in the church cemetery. Service was conducted by Rev. Stuart Johnston and Norman Ramsey.
