FUNERAL HELD FOR MRS. DUKES
Funeral services were held this morning at White Oak Baptist church near Magee, for Mrs. J. C. Dukes of Magee, mother of Mrs. C. S. Moulder, 109 Hardy street.
Mrs. Dukes died at her home Wednesday afternoon following a brief illness.
Other survivors include Mrs. Dukes' husband; four daughter, Mrs. Extel Sullivan, Gulfport; Mrs. Lonnie Johnson, Jackson, , Miss.; Mrs. L.W. Owens, Farmhaven; and Mrs. Sylvana Gipson, Magee; three sons, Webster Dukes, Burley Dukes, New Orleans, La.; and Sgt. Daxton Travis Dukes, U. S. Marine corps; and 17 grandchildren.
