Service: Her life will be commemorated in a memorial liturgy at noon Monday in the sanctuary of Victory Temple Worship Center, 2001 Oakland Blvd., with the culminating tributes taking place at Cedar Hill. Visitation: Those who wish to bid their farewells to Tara may do so 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
