Abby Leigh Tyler, 15, of 189 Farm Wind Road, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 4, 2009. Born in Spartanburg and a lifetime resident of Gaffney, she was the daughter of Kim Barnhill Tyler and the late Stephen Hyland Tyler. She was a student at Gaffney High School and a member of Cherokee Avenue Baptist Church where she was involved in interpretive movement and was a member of the Youth Council. Abby was also a member of the Beta Club, Camellia Society and a Sub Deb Member. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Megan Tyler of the home; paternal grandparents, Johnny & Carolyn Campbell of Gaffney; maternal grandparents, Johnny & Pawnee Barnhill of Gaffney; an uncle, Mike Barnhill and wife, Dawn of Gaffney; an aunt, Rhonda Callison and husband, Will of Weaverville, NC; an uncle, Shannon Tyler and wife, Stephanie of Gaffney
