Mrs.Henry D. M.Hodge died at 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Nannie C. Jones at Prairie Hall. Her death was caused by pneumonia, which followed an attack of the grip. She had been sick since last Sunday. Her age was 57 years and 16 days.
She leaves a husband and three children, Anderson Hodge, of Decatur, Mrs.s Nannie C. Jones of Prairie Hall and Walter Hodge of Prairie Hall.
She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian church of Mt. Zion. She was well known in the vicinity of Prairie Hall, as well as in Decatur. She formerly resided at 616 W. Macon street, this city, but had been residing with her daughter since the death of the latters husband in July.
The funeral will be held at 11 am Monday at the C. B. church in Mt. Zion. Interment will be in the Mt Zion cemetery.
