WALLACE, N.C. -- Donice Ruth Clawson James, 54, of Wallace, died Friday, February 23, 2001, at her residence.
Mrs. James was born July 25, 1946, in Carter County, Tenn., and was the daughter of Ethel Lambert Clawson and the late Robert Dayton Clawson.
Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her husband of the home, one daughter, three sisters, seven brothers, one brother-in-law, and her mother-in-law.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25, at Poston Baptist Church in Wallace.
