The son of my ancestors, JARED & HANNAH (HILL) SPENCER, he married Hannah, widow of Peter Blachford/Blackford/Blachfield.
Peter Blachford, Jr. son of Peter Blachford, deeded (East Haddam Records) to his "brothers-in-law" [step brothers], John & Isaac Spencer living on the East side of Haddam, certain lands in Haddam which belonged to his father, Peter Blachfield, deceased.Born in Stotfold, Cambridge, England to Ensign Jared & Hannah (Hill) Spencer. Married Hannah Willey 1 Mar 1672/3. Probably in the Millington Society Graveyard in East Haddam. Child: Grace (Spencer) Day.
