Elizabeth had worked for Niagara Candies in Buffalo. During WWII she worked at Silver Creek Precision, then the Silver Creek Canning Factory and Arlene's Bridal Shop. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Silver Creek and participated in the Mt. Carmel Social Club,
volunteered at Mt. Carmel bingo, Ladies of Charity and
the Rosary Altar Society. Elizabeth was also a den mother
for Troop 52 of the Cub Scouts and enjoyed cooking. Survivors include one son, Anthony (Linda) Borrello and
one daughter, Nataline (Joseph) Pomichter, both of Silver Creek; one brother, Sam Chiappone of Silver Creek; four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Anthony in 2002; two brothers, Joseph and George Chiappone; and two sisters, Nancy Stafford and Rose Rizzo.
