He is survived by his wife of the home; a daughter, Kathy Woodell, 2 sons, Tary Patrick and Allen Patrick, all of Choctaw; a brother, Alvin Patrick, Kansas City, Mo.; 2 sisters, Alice Ginn and Clara Mae Hatfield, both of Haskell, Ok; and 8 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 sons, Jerry Patrick and Dale Patrick. Graveside services will 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 11, at Arlington Memory Gardens. Viewing at the Asa Smith Funeral Home, Harrah.
