They are buried at Meadow Creek in Whitley Co Ky. There is a bronze marker at his grave, that is maintained by the US Government.About the age of 20/21, Judith was married to James Daniel Hart. He was a widower with seven children. They married in 1851. James was 15 years her elder From court records, he was granted a license to run a tavern in 1838. In 1851, about the time of their marriage he was granted another license to operate the tavern out of his home. Ironically, the security for this bond to run the tavern was Judea's grandfather, Peter Wilson.
