DENNIS, MONICA LYNN, 41, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at University Hospital with her loving family by her side. She is survived by her fiancé and caregiver, Ronald Lee Smith; son, Joseph Bradley Dennis; mother, Muriel Fraze Dennis; brothers, James Patrick Dennis (Angie) and Jerome Edward Dennis (Terra); sisters, Muriel Teresa Ingram (John), Margaret Angela Gibson (Ray), Martina Lucile Emrick (David), Melinda Sue Dennis (Tommy) and Martha Ann Fuson (Raymond). Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009 at J.B. Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 2114 West Market Street, with burial in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 1-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
