Mrs. Holst was born Dec. 31, 1865, in the town of Charlestown and was married to Adolph Holst of Hilbert, July 1, 1892. She lived in Hilbert all her life.
A member of Peace Evangelical and Reformed church at Potter, she was an honorary member of the Ladies’ Aid society of that church.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Ortlepp, Hilbert and two grandsons, Her husband preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Eldridge-Techtman Funeral home, Hilbert and at Peace Evangelical and Reformed church. The Rev. Theophil Blaufuss officiated and burial was made in the family lot in the New Holstein cemetery.
